Setel Tile cessation on Boost App – Chatbot test

I can’t find Setel Tile under Transport in the Boost app.

Setel Tile will no longer be available on the Boost app starting 1 April 2022. You can still top up your Setel Wallet on the Setel App using Boost e-Wallet.

Your Boost Stars and Mesra points earned will remain in your Boost app and Setel account.

Your Boost Stars and Mesra points earned will remain in your Boost app and Setel Account.

What are the top-up options available on Setel? Can I top up my Setel Wallet with Boost e-Wallet?

You can top up your Setel Wallet via online banking through various banks (i.e CIMB Clicks, PBe, Maybank2u, etc.), Boost e-Wallet, cash top-up at the PETRONAS stations, or Setel e-vouchers.

Will I still get Boost Stars when I top up my Setel Wallet? How about Mesra points?

Yes.

You will earn Boost Stars when you top up and get Mesra points when you purchase fuel or items from Kedai Mesra.

How do I top up my Setel Wallet with Boost e-Wallet?

Select More at the bottom right.
Select Payment methods.
Click on Top-up.
Enter the amount you wish to top up and select Boost e-Wallet as the top up method.

How do I link my Boost account on the Setel app?

After choosing Boost e-Wallet as your top-up method, click on Top-Up Now and you will be directed to the Boost app for payment. For Boosties, your Boost account will automatically link with Setel.

For non-Boost users, you will need to register for a Boost account before linking.

Is there a limit cap to top up Setel Wallet?

Yes.

The maximum value for Setel Wallet balance and transaction limit is RM500 before e-KYC. To enjoy up to RM5000 wallet limit and RM2000 transaction limit in a day, kindly verify your details via the e-KYC verification.
