Unfortunately, customers are not able to change their mobile number from the application itself. All mobile numbers act as a login ID for your Setel account.
Only details such as name, email address, or IC/passport number can be amended via the Setel App.
However, should you want to change your mobile number, please fill in the form below with details about your request. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours by an agent (test - sandbox 7327) -test section.
