How do I link my physical Mesra card?

Kindly follow the steps below to link your physical Mesra card.

1. Launch the app and tap More. 
2. Tap on Mesra card.
3. Tap on LINK NOW.
4. Enter your card number and IC number.
5. Tap LINK & TRANSFER.

Do note that your virtual card status needs to be active and your physical card status must be either issued or active for a successful link.

All other card statuses will result in an unsuccessful linking.
