How long does a refund take once requested from My Roadtax Store?

Once the refund form is submitted successfully, it should take no longer than 14 business days to be reflected in your preferred bank account.

My Roadtax Store will email the refund form to your email address upon request.

Why do I need to top up or make a refund?

A minimal top-up payment for the difference might be needed as there could be a discrepancy between the initial payment and the payment requested by JPJ. Alternatively, you can choose to make a refund for the renewal instead.

This is solely because of the:

• differences in vehicle categorization offered by JPJ (saloon vs non-saloon).
• differences in road tax cost for engine capacity (CC) for your car make and model.
