The receipt will be sent directly to your email registered with Setel after the process of paying for the purchase (fuel or from Kedai Mesra) or the top-up has been completed.
If you didn't receive the receipt in your email, please check under the junk email or spam folder. Please tag our email address as a safe sender to ensure that the emails won't be treated as spam.
However, receipts will only be sent to verified emails. Kindly refer to the steps below to verify your email:
- Open the Setel app.
- Select More at the bottom right.
- Click on Edit profile below your name.
- Enter your 6-digit pin number.
- Click Send below your email address. A verification email will be sent to the email address.
- Open the email sent to your email address and click on Verify.
Once your email is verified, you can follow the steps below to resend the receipt:
- Open the Setel App.
- Select More at the bottom right.
- Select Payment history under the Payments tab.
- You can choose receipts from the last 180 days or from specific filters
- Select the appropriate filters on the top left and top right (optional).
- Click Send to email at the bottom.
- Select the option you want (last 180 days or the search results) and click Send.
- The receipt will be sent to your registered email.
