The current banner on the Rewards page comes with a non-changeable design and it serve to display user’s Mesra membership info.

The Rewards page now comes with redesigned banner with the feature for users to change its look from a list of preset options and/or even unlock new designs as rewards

Objective: To drive word-of-mouth and referral sharing (ie: encourage topic of interest among Setel users on the revamped page & new feature to personalise their own card design)

Phase 1: Mesra Card as Reward Banner in 1.95

Starting on app version 1.95 on the week of 25 Apr 2022, Rewards page now showcase Mesra card as the redesigned banner, which highlight to users Mesra membership info & points required to upgrade to the next tier.

• Total Mesra points EXISTING

• Current membership tier EXISTING

• Points required to upgrade to the next tier NEW

Reward page buttons

• Badge button replaced to view more (blue link) at the badge section row

• Redeem button displayed only if users' Mesra card in Active status

Mesra card notice banner

• No changes to current Mesra card notice banner

• Redeem button hidden if users' Mesra card status is:

  • Not activated

  • Not linked

  • Temporarily frozen

  • Frozen

Phase 2: Changeable Rewards banner design

Starting app version TBD on the week of <date>, users can now change the look of the Rewards banner from a list of beautiful preset options available for selection.

Phase 3: Unlockable banner designs as reward

Exclusive and seasonal designs are now available for users to unlock as a reward from unlocking badges or completing reward campaign
