2) Mobile Number
3) Email Address
4) Screenshot of error received
5) Date & Time verification email received
Steps
1) Check with customer if the email address registered was correct
2) Request screenshot from customer for the actual "Error Message" received
3) Escalate to Tech Ops team | via ZD queue | Technical Operations
ZD Ticket status: On-Hold
Contact Reason Suggested:Complaint>Account & Apps>Unable to Verify (Bad Request)
