1.0 Overview

• This document covers the feature offering top up voucher’s for purchase via PRYSM. With this feature, a user can easily purchase single vouchers or multiple vouchers on their own.

FAQ

1. Can the voucher code be purchased from PRYSM without an APP?

Yes, consumer’s can purchase directly on PRYSM. However, when they want to redeem the voucher they will be redirected to download the app first.

2. Can the voucher redeemed without an APP?

No, the voucher can only be redeemed when a user has a Setel account.

• User’s who have not yet signed up but have an app will be prompted to login.

• User’s who have no app will be prompted to download.

3. Can user’s share the codes to other users?

Yes, once a purchase has been made. The code is able to be disbursed at a user’s own free will.

4. What if a user says their code does not work or has been redeemed? Is there chance of duplication and potential fraud?

There is no chance for duplication as codes are generated from admin and are unique.

• If a user logs a complaint that their code does not work, the code can be checked on by ops or Consumer Leads team.

• A voucher can only be used (status = CLAIMED) once it is linked to a valid Setel account.

• Tracing can be done from end to end.

5. Does a code expire?

Top up voucher’s can have an expiry date. However, this is dependent on the setting an admin uses.

Top up’s can also be set not to expire by applying the below settings.

6. Does my voucher order incur any tax or delivery fee?

As this is a digital product for a cash voucher, no delivery fee will be charged and tax is excluded.

7. How does the code generation work?

In short, Setel Admin <> PDB dashboard are now linked thus allowing voucher codes to be read cross the different environments.

• An admin must still generate the original codes from Setel Admin and attain the CSV file.

• Admin then links the CSV file into https://pdbdashboard.setel.my/ to a voucher batch.

• Once done, can be linked to an items pricing.

1. Creation of Voucher

• Can create top up voucher batch in PRYSM dashboard
• Can create item in PRYSM dashboard
• Can apply denominations in PRYSM item modifiers
• Can link voucher batch to item denominations under modifiers in PRYSM dashboard

1. Purchase of Voucher in PRYSM

• Can search voucher
• Can add to cart
• Can checkout using FPX/Setel Wallet
• Can complete purchase
• Can receive PRYSM email with codes
• Can access codes from email

1. Application of Voucher into wallet

• When clicking Use Now button in email from web = land to Setel.com
• When clicking Use Now button in email from mobile, but has no APP = lands to app/playstore via adjust link
• When clicking Use Now button in email from mobile, has APP installed + is logged in = deeplink opens to top up page in APP.
• When clicking User Now button in email from mobile, has APP installed + not logged in = deeplink to APP, opens to login page.

2.0 On-boarding for Marketing 3 June 2022

• Meeting to walkthrough and answer any questions
• Testing with marketing
• Preparing initial batch of vouchers, voucher information (copy, t&c, thumbnails)
• Complete on-boarding & hand off.

3.0 Release to public via PRYSM
