Customer unable to verify email address

Steps
1) Check with customer if the email address registered was correct
2) Advise customer to request again by Login Setel>More(Bottom Right button)>View and edit profile>Email Address (Key in Email Address & Hit SEND) (Verification email will be generated and sent to email)
3) Advise customer to verify the email within 1 minute after receive the link.
4) If customer still failed to verify and received error message, follow steps here> Unable to Verify Email due to Error (Bad Request)
