Overview

How User can change PIN on Setel Account

Steps

1) Advise customer to follow the steps below (if still remember password): 
Login>More>Security>Change PIN>Key in Current Password>Set New PIN>Re-enter New PIN
2) Advise customer that we are having new version and update for Setel app and some feature to reset password (for user who forget their password) will only be available by end of next week (15 May 2020)
3) If customer still need to reset password or they need to change it in order to change PIN number, we shall reset the password manually from our end.
