How?
1) Click on Knowledge Capture icon

2) Click on Create Knowledge

3) Choose a template (FAQ Template or CS Guideline Template)

4) Once you choose a template, you can add the necessary information, just input n/a if no related details.
i. Title
ii. Overview
iii. Info Needed
iv. Steps
v. ZD Ticket Status
vi. Contact Reason Suggested

5) When you finished updating your information, and go the the left side bar to 'Save'.
