How?
1) Click on Knowledge Capture button
2) Search by topic and keyword (eg: registration)

3) Choose between CS Guide or FAQ (for the same topic/keyword)
4) Choose the action to be done:
Expand article - can copy paste & edit information before submit
Link article - linking the information where customer can just refer to the article (only choose from FAQ)
Copy article URL - provide the URL that link the article (only choose from FAQ)
Open in Help Centre - view as reference and may copy and paste & edit the information before submit

5) If agent found some info were not up to date or needed any changes, they can input feedback on the left side after click Expand article.
