2. Get User written acknowledgement / reason on stopping the emails.
3. Assign the ticket to Technical Operations.
Technical Operations steps :
- Get user details from ticket
- Draft an email and send to Sirn Long.
- Subject : User requested to stop receiving emails for receipt after fueling | name | Phone number | Email
- add user details :
- Name :
- Phone Number :
- Email :
- Reason :
- Attach original email to internal note.
- Once Sirn Long confirmed on email that he have marked on DB to user not receive email.
- Close the ticket and assign to All/que attaching the email.
4. Collect the ticket from queue and check follow up with the user if the request is resolved.
5. Close ticket
