Overview
No purchase done/cancelled, but the wallet balance has been deducted.
Steps
1) Get the purchased amount
2) Go to Ops Portal>Account>Search by Name/Email/Mobile Number>Wallet Balance
3) Confirm the status of the Fuel Orders
4) If Fuel Orders cancelled or no purchase has been done, wallet balance shall be reflected
5) If wallet balance does not reflect, send a message to your CT by Slack-ing them to release the Order ID
