Highlights	User can do away with physical Mesra card and just present Mesra barcode to cashier at the counter to earn points.

1. Overview

Introduced Mesra card barcode at Mesra card page (formerly: Rewards page) as a new feature on Setel APP. It allows User to earn points when purchases are being made at the c-stores via barcode scan by cashier. This is also part of the milestone for sunsetting the physical Mesra card.

2. How do I access this feature?

Setel app → Mesra Card tab

Notable changes are

• Renaming of Rewards to Mesra card at tab bar.

• History and Voucher icons are removed from the top at default view.

• Added Mesra barcode under the virtual Mesra card.

• Added Redeem points and My vouchers buttons below the Mesra barcode.

4. How it works?

Refer to App: Loyalty: Generate Mesra card barcode for in-depth info.

Today: User relies on the physical Mesra card to swipe for points collection when purchases made in c-stores.

Tomorrow: With Mesra barcode, Users just need to launch the Setel APP, present barcode to the counter to scan for points collection.

5. FAQ

How can i start using barcode to collect points?

1. Install Setel App.

2. A virtual Mesra card will be issued to you after registration is completed.

3. You can then immediately start earning points when a purchase is made and cashier scans the barcode.

Can i use my physical Mesra card and barcode to collect points at the same time?

Yes, you can however, physical Mesra card is soon to be sunset, hence it’s advisable to fully transit to use barcode to collect points in your next transactions.

How can i redeem the points earned from barcode scan?

Go to Mesra card tab > taps on Redeem points to redeem convert earned points into Setel wallet balance.

Note: The issued virtual Mesra card must be in activate state in order to redeem points.

Where can i check my points history?

You can view the points earned via Setel App: More tab > Mesra points history or, you can either log in with the Setel Web (http://setel.com) or login via the Setel App to view your Mesra points history.
