Steps
1) Confirm the status from Ops Portal - Fuel Fulfillment Started/Created, then case need to be escalated.
2) Send message to Tech Ops team | via Slack | #team-ops-customer-escalations
ZD Ticket status: On-Hold
Contact Reason Suggested:Complaint>Purchase>Purchase page froze(stucked)
