 Steps to check Referral Details

Steps

 How to check Referral's Registration Date:

1. Open OpsPortal and search the Referrer's account.

2. Go to Reward tab

3. Check at "Referrals" subsection 

Note: The highlighted part is the status of the fuel purchased by the Referrals. Yes means that customer has successfully purchased via Setel, No means that customer still did not make any purchase.

4. Click on the Referrals' name and check their registration date on the account.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REFERRAL AND REFERRER CODE

Referral code: The code that customer need to share and gain the referral.

Referrer code: The code that the customer register with.
