Overview
How to check Mesra points of non-Setel purchase in OpsPortal and how to advise the customer to check it.
Info Needed
Please take note that any Mesra points transaction that was made via Non-Setel Purchase such as cash or credit/debit card will not be recorded in customer Setel apps. For a purchase via SmartPay, please be informed that Mesra points will not be granted since August 2019.
Steps
1. Open OpsPortal and search Customer details such as email or mobile number
2. Open customer profile and click on Loyalty. Then, please go to Loyalty Vendor Transactions.
3. Please compare both date of the Mesra Points Transaction between Loyalty Vendor Transactions and Loyalty Transactions. The dates that exists in Loyalty Vendor Transaction but not in Loyal Transactions is the Mesra Point received from Non-Setel Purchase.
4. If customer want to check the record of Mesra Point received from Non-Setel Purchase, please advise them to login their MyMesra account by click on the link below and go to My History.

As we can check in OpsPortal, the last time customer purchased via Setel was on 12 Apr 2020 - 02:34PM but customer complaining that she unable to check her Mesra points transaction in May. There is no record for the purchase transaction via Setel and also no Mesra points transaction in Loyalty in May.
Hence for this issue, please go to Loyalty Vendor Transactions and you can check the Mesra points transaction made in May and June which was the purchase made via Non-Setel. Advise the customer to login her MyMesra account and check the record at "My History".
