How to Top-up By (Online Banking/Bank Card)

If you want to top-up your Setel account, please follow these steps:

 

Setel --> Pay --> Top-up --> Select A Top-up Amount --> Top-up Method (Card or Online Banking) --> Top-Up Now

 

If Credit/Debit Card:

 

a) Add new credit/debit card --> Fill in the information -->Insert TAC code --> Done

b) Existing card --> Done

 

If online banking:

 

Setel-->Pay-->Top -up-->select amount /others-->(Payment Method)online banking-->top up now-->select bank ( will take you to online bank credential page)


How to top-up by Voucher (Fave/Shopee/Setel E-pay)


If you want to top-up your Setel account by Voucher (Fave/Shopee/Setel E-pay), please follow these steps:

Setel --> Pay --> Top-up --> Redeem Voucher --> Key in the voucher code --> Done

(expiry date:  life span of 2 years)
