Customer inquiry on how to login and change password (Forgot password) to login.
Info Needed
below version, 1.42.0, customer have to login via password
above version, 1.42.0, customer have to login via OTP
Steps
How to LogIn?
Open Setel > LogIn > Key-in the registered mobile number with Setel account > Received OTP code via SMS > Key-in OTP code > Successfully LogIn
*Take note that if customer try to key in mobile number that are not registered with Setel, customer will never received OTP code. Customer has to key in the registered mobile number, hence please check in OpsPortal both email and mobile number that has been registered.
*If the customer did not used the registered mobile number anymore, customer will not able to login as they will not received the OTP code. Hence, you may advise the customer to create a new Setel account with a new mobile number and new email.
Change Password
There will be a customer having an issue which mentioned that they "Forgot Password" and unable to login due to not remember the password. Please be informed that since version 1.42.0 and above, the login method has been changed from Password to OTP code. Hence, please advise the customer to update their Setel apps to a latest version and retry to login via OTP code.
