How to check Mesra Points Balance?

1. Open OpsPortal and search Customer details such as email or mobile number

2. Open customer profile and click on Loyalty. The points will be appeared at Point Balance

3. In such case which the customer facing 0 Mesra points in their Setel apps, but in our OpsPortal shows that there is some Mesra points exist, please advise customer to refresh the Reward page (drag down the page) or Logout and LogIn their Setel account.
