Hi team,
This error message "Please LogIn to Continue. Sila cuba log masuk" (see attachment) is appeared at Register/LogIn page.

Take note that this issue can be checked and resolved without escalate it to Escalation team.

Here is the tips:
As you can see on this picture, there are Register and LogIn button. The trick is a MOBILE NUMBER which customer have insert after click on one of the button.
No matter which button you click, the system will ask for the mobile number. If you key in the registered mobile number, it will give you OTP code and direct login even though you click on Register button. Also, if you key in unregistered mobile number, it will direct you to Register page which you have to put your Full Name and Email even though you have press LogIn button.
The main issue is when customer key in the unregistered mobile number but put the registered email which later caused error message "Please Log In....". This error occur due to the email already registered with another mobile number (might be customer's old number).
So you can inform the customer that this email is already registered with another mobile number 601xxxxx579 (do not share a full mobile number) . If customer want to use this email, advise that 1 email for 1 Setel account and the customer has to use the registered mobile number and login. But if customer has change mobile number, advise customer to use a new email.
