Scenario where Users transaction was deducted on E- wallet , However not captured on station system. Error known as error time out / credit card purchase authorization failed.
Scenarios are -
1) When the user encounter such, timeout error or any error on the receipt which the transaction is not captured by the station, but money already deducted from Setel account.
2) When KP contact us identifying same issue and advice that they are testing their c-store and might face of the same issue (money deducted but not captured at POS)
Answer: We advise the customer to pay cash first. Then later we escalate to Escalation team to check and provide waiver. When escalate, please get information as below -
