When to use Privacy Disclaimer:- 

 

1. When asking the customer for IC number as part of verification needed.

 

2. Customer who accidentally sends us their personal information with /without us asking  :

Eg; Print screen of credit card details/bank account number and full statement /IC without crossing for the use of Setel (example as below,you can see the photo )
