Overview
Customer suddenly received the OTP code despite they never request for it or never attempt to login/register.
What need to do?
Please advise the customer to ignore it as this issue might happen due to another customer wrongly key in (typo) when they are trying to insert their own mobile number, hence accidentally key in the other customer's number.
Tell the customer do not worry as no one able to login their Setel account or register by using their mobile number as long as customer ignore it and do not share the code to anyone else.
