Setel x Boost (Top up Setel wallet with Boost)

Objective

Introduce Boost eWallet as a new payment method on Setel. Setel users
can now top up their Setel Wallet with Boost & double-dip on rewards.
Setel users will be able to earn both Mesra points & Boost coins.

1) Setel users can now top up their Setel Wallet with Boost.

2) Double rewards - Users will earn both Boost coins & Mesra points.

3) Boost users will be able to minimise contact & enjoy a seamless experience with Setel, when they need to refuel their vehicles or purchase items from Kedai Mesra.

How to top up your Setel Wallet with Boost (English)

1) Launch Setel and click ‘Payment’. Next, click on top-up.

2) Select the desired top-up amount.

3) Select Boost as the payment method, then click ‘Top-up’ now.
Note: To use this feature, customers must have Boost eWallet app installed in their device.

4) Customer will be redirected to Boost to authenticate the payment by entering 6-digit PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.

5) Done! Customers will see their latest balance and earn Boost Coins

How to top up your Setel Wallet with Boost (Malay)

1) Pelanggan lancarkan aplikasi Setel dan memilih ‘Pembayaran’. Seterusnya, memilih ‘Tambah Nilai’

2) Pelanggan memilih amaun tambah nilai

3) Pelanggan memilih Boost sebagai kaedah penambahan nilai. 
Nota: Untuk mengguna kaedah tersebut, pelanggan perlu mempunyai aplikasi Boost eWallet dalam telefon pintar.

4) Skrin akan memaparkan aplikasi Boost dan pelanggan memasukkan PIN/ cap jari/
Face ID untuk mengesahkan transaksi. 

5) Selesai! Baki terkini Setel Wallet akan dipaparkan. Boost Coins juga telah berjaya diperolehi. 

FAQ - English

Q1 -  There is a 10% cashback promo for using Setel drop-in feature on the Boost eWallet app. Will I be able to enjoy this cashback if I use Boost to top up my Setel Wallet?

Answer - Unfortunately, the 10% cashback promo is only applicable to Boost eWallet,
but you will still be eligible to earn double rewards. You will earn Boost coins
after the successful top-up and Mesra points after successful fuel or item
purchase with Setel. 

Q2 - I do not have the Boost app installed on my phone. Can I still top up my Setel wallet without downloading the app? 

Answer - If you are planning to top up with Boost, you must have the Boost eWallet app
installed on your device first. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in
your Boost eWallet before you use it to top up Setel. 

Q3 - What is the minimum top-up amount if I top up with Boost eWallet? 

Answer - The minimum amount per transaction to top up the Setel wallet is RM10.
Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Boost eWallet before you
use it to top up Setel. 

Q4 - When will I be able to use Boost to top up my Setel Wallet? 

Answer - Boost will be available as a payment option on Setel starting on 21st
December 2020.

Q5- Can I earn Boost coins if I use Boost to top up Setel?

Answer - Yes you will earn your Boost coins when the top-up transaction is successful.
You will also earn Mesra points when you’ve successfully completed your
fuel or item purchases on Setel.
