Setel is providing top-up vouchers with more value for customers. These vouchers are applicable for new and existing users.

 

Customer journey when purchasing the Setel top-up voucher on Shopee (existing customers only)

1. Customers can purchase the voucher via Shopee's website or app.
2. Customers will then receive the voucher from the Shopee app, which includes the unique voucher code and steps to redeem it.
   
3. Instructions are included in the terms & conditions.
4. Customers will then need to download the Setel app, register an account and key in the unique voucher code under More> Payment methods > Top-up > Voucher top-up.
   
5. The top-up amount will be granted within 1 working day after redemption.
6. The top-up amount can be used to purchase fuel at more than 1000 PETRONAS stations nationwide.

 

FAQ'S - Shopee Promo Code

How can I get Setel’s fuel top-up voucher?	You can get this fuel top-up voucher by purchasing the voucher from the Shopee app or website. You will receive a unique voucher code from the Shopee app.
Do I need to print the purchased Setel Fuel top-up voucher?	No.   Setel Fuel top-up voucher redemption is done within the Setel app only.
How many vouchers can I buy at a time?	You can purchase up to 1 e-voucher per account.
Do I need to have the Shopee App to purchase the Setel Fuel top-up voucher?	There are 2 channels for you to purchase this voucher. You can either purchase it from the Shopee website or the app.
I have an existing Setel account. Am I eligible to purchase this voucher?	The RM5 for RM10 offer is for new customers only while the rest of the vouchers are valid for existing Setel customers.
Can the unique code be used more than one time?	No. Each unique code can be used only once.
How will I get the unique voucher code?	You will receive the unique voucher code through the Shopee app.
