Overview
Customer unable to link Mesra card, thus they contacted us. Unfortunately, we also fail to link Mesra card and there will be an error message in a red box appeared in the OpsPortal.
Info Needed
Get the I/C number and Mesra card number that customer want to link for a verification purpose. Please check and ensure that Mesra card is registered under customer I/C number.
Steps
1. Open the OpsPortal and go to Loyalty > Members (as shown in the picture below) > Search the IC number. This help to check whether the Mesra card has been registered under customer I/C or not. *Please ensure that the Mesra card must be registered under customer I/C number before we can proceed to link the card to customer Setel account.

2. Then, please go to Members > you may find by inserting IC number /Passport / mesra card no. and paste the Mesra card number to check. You may click on the User ID as shown below.

3. It will proceed to the customer Setel account OpsPortal page that link to the Mesra card.
