What is the campaign period?
10 February until 31 March 2021
Who can participate in the campaign?
This Campaign is open to customers who fulfill ALL the below
requirements:
1. Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Card members who
either have physical Mesra Card and/or virtual Mesra Cards on
the Setel Mobile Application (“Setel App”); and
2. Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
3. Customers aged eighteen (18) and above
How do I participate in the campaign?
What happens if I already registered as a Setel members and has activated my Mesra membership before the campaign period?
You are not entitled to get 10x entries since you have activated the Mesra card before the campaign period.
Don’t worry, start collecting your entry from redeeming deals via the Setel App to get 5x entries for every successful redemption.
What is the spend duration for me to win the monthly prizes?
Campaign duration as per below:
Month 1: 10 – 28 February 2021
Month 2: 1 – 31 March 2021
What are the monthly prizes?
How will I be informed that I am the winner for this campaign?
Shortlisted winners will receive a call from PETRONAS Mesralink to verify their details and to answer selected questions before declaring them as winners.

Eligible winners will also receive an official email from PETRONAS to notify about winning and how to claim the prize from PETRONAS after announcement on @PETRONASbrands social media channels and PDB’s website: mymesra.com.my
Can PETRONAS& Setel staff take part in this campaign?
No, all PETRONAS Group of companies, its subsidiaries, and agency/organization who are involved in organizing this campaign will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.
What happen if I cancel my redemption due to some error?
The redemption transaction will be excluded from the winner selection process.
Are all redemptions eligible for entries in this campaign?
No, only deals redeemed via Mesra Rewards redemption website (https://app.setel.my/mesrarewards) and/or Mesra Deals in the Setel App will be eligible for entries in this campaign to win the monthly prizes.
You will not be eligible for entries if:
1.You convert your Mesra points for Setel Credit in the Setel App, unless it is listed as a deal.
2.Redeem fuel at the pump.
3.Redeem items at Kedai Mesra.
What happens if I haven’t claimed my deal at the merchant outlet?
The redemption transaction will be counted in the winner selection process even if the customer has yet to claim the deal at the merchant outlet.
If I am chosen as a first month prize winner, can I also qualify to be the second month prize winner?
No, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period
Can I exchange any of the prizes with another prize or anything else in return?
No exchanges allowed for any of the prizes.
