As a tactic to bring the Gamification experience within the Setel App, now customers can view campaigns that are assigned to them in terms of badges, where they can view progress and also be able to see rewards upon unlocking certain badges.

As we rollout badges, we will sunset the previous Challenges and display campaigns via badges.

What Do You Get Upon Unlocking Badges

Since each badge must be linked to a campaign created in Admin Portal, it also means when customer unlocks the badge, it tells the campaign to grant whichever reward that was set during campaign setup. The current available reward upon unlocking badges are;

• Loyalty point

• Cash back
