What is Deliver2Me?

Deliver2Me is a new feature on Setel that allows you to purchase selected items in the comfort of your vehicle.

Just place your order and we’ll deliver it to you while you refuel. It’s perfect for people who are busy.
What are the benefits of Deliver2Me?
  1. Shop and pay in the comfort of your vehicle and we’ll deliver your purchase to you.
  2. No more hassle to park your vehicle and queue up to pay for your items.
  3. A safe and hassle-free experience for parents with young kids.
  4. A safer experience by minimising contact and interactions at the station.

Why is this feature not available to me?

Please update your app to the latest version to use this feature.

Do note that Deliver2Me operating hours are from 8 am to 8 pm daily.

How will the crew identify and deliver my purchases to my vehicle?

 During checkout, you will be required to enter your vehicle plate number so that our crew can identify your vehicle and deliver your purchases to you.
How many Mesra points will I earn? You will earn 1 Mesra point for every RM5 spent on Deliver2Me.
Why are there only limited items to buy?

As we expand this feature nationwide, we’re working towards adding more items in the near future.
