User Flow To Unlock Badge
(New User)
1. Launches MySejahtera/Selangkah App and takes a screenshot of the vaccine registration status page or
digital certificate or submits a physical vaccination certificate.
2. Launches Setel App > Go to “Rewards” > Click “Badges” > Select “Mesra Visa Kasih Bonanza-Bonus
Entry”.
3. Uploads screenshot of vaccination proof.
4. User submits details. Setel Ops to process and approve submissions daily.
5. Badge will unlock when approved. The user gets 4 bonus entries if no Visa card is added to Setel
account. The user gets 8 bonus entries if a Visa debit/credit/prepaid card is added to Setel account.
6. If a new user registers with <c-mvkb6> code, he/she will receive 3xRM2 Setel Cashback if he/she tops up
RM20 in a single transaction (maximum RM6 cashback, capped at RM2 cashback per transaction).
Top-up methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Online banking, Cash voucher and Boost (excludes
redemption of Mesra points)

Caveats
● Receipt submissions will be considered in the event of uncaptured transactions.
● In September, the user will not encounter a “Badge unlocked” Success Confirmation screen as this
feature will only be ready after October. The user’s DahSetel Vaccine badge will change from grey to
coloured upon unlocking. As such, the user journey for badge unlocking in August will be as follows:
