When Customer ask to cancel his/her order for Deliver2me , you need to;-
Steps:
- Confirm with the customer whether they received the items or not
- Post in Slack channel #Team-ops and mention @b2b-service-desk to cancel the order. Remember user can cancel this from their end if the vendor has not accepted the order.
- Get back to the customer accordingly, wallet balance should be reflected accordingly
- If user left station , then please escalate to L2

- Upon submit Deliver2Me order, the order display will show as
Order pending, this indicates that Merchant hasn’t acknowledged the order yet. - Customer is allowed to cancel their order at this point before Merchant acknowledge the order. Cancelled order will not be charged.
- Notification on cancellation success is shown from Setel app and Push Notification. Customer can proceed to make another Deliver2Me order
