This Campaign is open to all newly registered Setel users who register for the first time during the campaign period.

Campaign Mechanics

  1. There are 3 cycles for customers to unlock the RM3 cashback badges. Each cycle will last for 14 days. 
    • Cycle 1:
      • New customers will receive their 1st RM3 badge upon successful registration using promo code. They then have to top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction within 14 days to unlock the RM3 cashback.
    • Cycle 2:
      • On day-15 from the account registration date, they will receive the 2nd RM3 Badge. They have to top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction within 14 days to unlock the RM3 cashback.
    • Cycle 3:
      • Likewise, they will receive the 3rd RM3 Badge on day-29 from their registration date. They then have to top up the same amount to unlock the RM3 cashback.
  2. Customers who fail to top up of min. RM20 in a single transaction within 14 days will not receive the RM3 cashback. However, they can continue to unlock the next badge(s) based on the mechanics, until all 3 cycles end. 
  3. The RM20 top up is eligible if performed via FPX online banking/credit card/debit card/cash top-up vouchers.

  4. There will be no expiry for customers to spend the cashback earned, but Setel subjects the right to retract the cashback rewarded if the user account becomes dormant in the future.

  1. Download the Setel app via the Google Play Store or the Apple apps Store.
  2. Enter your mobile number and a verification code will be sent shortly.
  3. Enter the verification code.
  4. Enter the promo code received from the crew at the Petronas station.
  5. Top up min. RM20 in a single transaction on Setel Wallet within 14 days via FPX online banking/credit card/debit card/cash top-up vouchers to unlock your first RM3 Cashback Badge.
  6. You can unlock RM3 Cashback Badge with every minimum top-up of RM20 up to 3 times within 6 weeks from the date of your Setel app registration.

How to Top Up Setel Wallet 

After a successful Setel account registration, kindly refer to the steps below to top up your Setel wallet:

FPX Online Banking

  1. Open the Setel app.
  2. Select More at the bottom right.
  3. Select Payment methods under the PAYMENTS tab.
  4. Click on Top-up below your wallet balance.
  5. Choose the amount you wish to top-up.
  6. Select Online banking under the OTHERS tab.
  7. Click the TOP-UP NOW button.
  8. Select your preferred bank.
  9. You will be redirected to the bank of your choice.
  10. Follow the instructions.
  11. Your top-up will be processed.

Credit & Debit Card 

  1. Open the Setel app.
  2. Select More at the bottom right.
  3. Select Payment methods under the PAYMENTS tab.
  4. Click on ADD NEW CARD at the bottom.
  5. Enter your card details and click ADD CARD. You can add multiple cards.

Cash Top-Up Vouchers 

  1. Open the Setel app.
  2. Select More at the bottom right.
  3. Select Payment methods under the PAYMENTS tab.
  4. Click on Redeem voucher below your wallet balance.
  5. Enter the voucer code and click the ➡️ icon.

How to view Badges: 

Kindly refer to the steps below to view the RM3 cashback badges earned:

  1. Open the Setel app.
  2. Select Rewards at the bottom.
  3. Click on Badges below your Mesra points.
  4. You will see a Welcome Reward showing the cashback details

How much cashback can I get from this campaign?

You can earn RM 3 cashback with a minimum top-up of RM20 in a single transaction within 14 days upon receiving the Badge.

Receive a total of RM9 if you top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction up to 3 times within 6 weeks from the date of your Setel app registration.

How do I receive my cashback?

Upon successful registration using the “promo c-code”, you will see a Welcome Reward under the Rewards page in the Setel app showing the cashback details. 

Top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction on Setel  to unlock your 1st Cashback badge and a RM3 cashback will be credited to your Setel wallet instantly.

Will I receive more cashback if I top up more than RM20 in a single transaction to Setel wallet? 

Unfortunately, we are only rewarding a maximum of RM3 cashback for each of the badge unlocked within 14 days upon receiving it.

To unlock each of the badges,  top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction on Setel. You can top up again when the next Cashback badge(s) begin to earn another RM3 cashback.

What would happen if I do not top-up RM20 within 2 weeks from the date I received the badge? 

You will not be able to enjoy the RM3 cashback if you fail to make a top up of at least RM20 within 2 weeks from the date you received the badge. However, you can continue to unlock the next badge(s) until all 3 badges cycles end.

Will I be getting the 3rd RM3 cashback Badge if I fail to unlock the 2nd Badge? 

You will still be able to receive the 3rd RM3 cashback badge even if you miss out on your 2nd badge. However, you cannot retrieve the cashback from the 2nd badge as it is only valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.

Why am I not receiving the RM3 cashback after I top-up RM20 using the Setel app?

You will only receive the RM3 cashback when you top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction within 14 days upon receiving the cashback via  FPX online banking/credit card/debit card/cash top-up vouchers. 

You cannot receive the RM3 cashback if the badge is expired.

When do I need to use the cashback I earned from this campaign? 

There will be no expiry date for you to spend the cashback earned, but Setel subjects the right to retract the cashback rewarded if your account becomes dormant in the future.

My 2nd Cashback badge is different from the 1st badge and  I’ve received a message telling me that Welcome Reward has changed, what is this all about? 

Yes, we've now made it easier for you to earn your Welcome Reward. All you need to do now is to top-up at least RM20 in a single transaction on Setel.

I’ve yet to unlock my 1st RM3 Cashback Badge but I’ve received a message that tells me that there will be changes to the 2nd & 3rd Badges. Do I still continue with my 1st Badge?

For your 1st cashback badge, please complete a minimum of RM20 accumulative purchases on petrol, at Mesra stores,or Deliver2Me to unlock the badge. However, starting from the 2nd & 3rd badges, you need to unlock them with minimum top-up of RM20 in a single transaction on Setel within 14 days upon receiving them.

Selepas anda berjaya mendaftar menggunakan “promo c-code”, anda boleh lihat lencana “Welcome Reward” di ruangan Ganjaran di dalam aplikasi Setel yang akan memaparkan butiran lanjut pulangan tunai. Tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi untuk mengaktifkan Lencana Pulangan Tunai pertama anda, dan pulangan tunai RM3 akan dikreditkan serta-merta ke dalam Dompet Setel anda.

Adakah saya akan menerima lebih banyak pulangan tunai jika saya melakukan tambah nilai lebih daripada RM20 ke dalam Dompet Setel?

Kami hanya akan memberi anda maksima RM3 pulangan tunai sahaja untuk setiap Lencana yang telah diaktifkan dalam tempoh 14 hari sebaik sahaja menerimanya. Untuk mengaktifkan setiap Lencana, tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi di Setel. Anda boleh terus membuat tambah nilai apabila tempoh Lencana Pulangan Tunai yang seterusnya telah bermula untuk menerima pulangan tunai RM3 yang lain.

Apakah yang akan terjadi jika saya tidak melakukan tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam tempoh 2 minggu selepas menerima lencana tersebut?

Anda tidak dapat menikmati pulangan tunai RM3 jika anda tidak melakukan tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam tempoh 2 minggu daripada tarikh Lencana diberikan.  Namun, anda masih berpeluang untuk mengaktifkan lencana yang seterusnya sehingga ketiga-tiga kitaran lencana tamat.

Adakah saya masih berpeluang menerima Lencana pulangan tunai RM3 yang ketiga jika saya gagal mengaktifkan Lencana  pulangan tunai RM3 yang kedua? 

Anda masih berpeluang menerima Lencana pulangan tunai RM3 yang ketiga jika anda gagal mengaktifkan Lencana pulangan tunai RM3 yang kedua. Namun, anda tidak boleh lagi mendapatkan pulangan tunai RM3 menggunakan Lencana kedua tersebut kerana ia hanya sah selama 14 hari daripada tarikh diberikan .

Mengapakah saya tidak dapat pulangan tunai RM3 setelah melakukan tambah nilai minima RM20 menggunakan aplikasi Setel?

Anda hanya akan menerima pulangan tunai RM3 apabila anda melakukan tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi dalam tempoh 14 hari sebaik menerima Lencana Pulangan Tunai menerusi FPX perbankan atas talian/kad kredit/kad debit/baucar tambah nilai. Anda tidak akan menerima pulangan tunai RM3 tersebut jika Lencana telah luput.

Bilakah saya perlu mengguna pulangan tunai yang diterima daripada kempen ini?

Tiada tarikh luput untuk anda menggunakan pulangan tunai yang diperoleh, tetapi pihak Setel berhak untuk melupuskan pulangan tunai jika anda tidak menggunakan aplikasi Setel anda pada masa-masa akan datang.

Apakah yang perlu saya lakukan jika saya tidak menerima Lencana pulangan tunai RM3 yang kedua & ketiga?

Lencana Pulangan Tunai saya yang kedua adalah berbeza daripada Lencana Pulangan Tunai yang pertama dan saya dimaklumkan tentang perubahan Welcome Reward, apakah ia?

Ya, kami telah memudahkan proses anda untuk menerima Welcome Reward dengan hanya perlu membuat tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi di Setel. Aktifkan Lencana Pulangan Tunai RM3 anda yang seterusnya dengan membuat tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi di Setel dalam tempoh 14 hari sebaik menerima Lencana dan pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan serta-merta ke dalam Dompet Setel anda! Saya belum lagi mengaktifkan Lencana Pulangan Tunai saya yang pertama tetapi saya telah dimaklumkan tentang perubahan yang akan berlaku pada Lencana kedua & ketiga saya. Perlukah saya meneruskan pengaktifan Lencana pertama saya?

Untuk Lencana Pulangan Tunai pertama yang telah anda terima, anda perlu melengkapkan pembelian terkumpul minima RM20 untuk petrol, barangan Kedai Mesra dan/atau Deliver2Me untuk mengaktifkannya. Namun, bermula daripada Lencana Pulangan Tunai anda yang kedua & ketiga, pengaktifan lencana boleh dilakukan dengan tambah nilai minima RM20 dalam satu transaksi, dalam tempoh 14 hari di Setel sebaik lencana-lencana tersebut diterima.
