Campaign mechanics 

1. Setel is rewarding 3x10% cashback (up to RM9 Setel cashback) for Grab Partners when they use Setel to transact.
2. The promotion cashback is only valid for new Setel users who registered using the c-code (c-gms9) and top-up a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction within the campaign period.
3. Users can get a maximum of 3 times Setel Cashback during the campaign period.

4. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction with a credit card or online transfer for the first 3 transactions.

5. All existing and new Setel users need to spend the minimum monthly amount either by refuelling or purchasing Kedai Mesra items to receive the bonus Mesra points.
6. Promo period: 30th July 2021 (00.00 am) - 29th July 2022 (11:59 pm).

T&C 

1. The promo code is valid for new users who download & register with Setel from 30/7/2021 - 29/7/2022.
2. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction with a credit card or online transfer for the first 3 transactions.
3. Customers will get RM3 Setel cashback with each top-up of a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction (max capped at RM3).
4. Setel cashback received by users will be valid for 60 days from the day it was granted.
5. Setel cashback reward is valid for 3 months upon registration.
6. Promo code can only be used on the Setel mobile app.
7. Setel cashback can be used to purchase fuel or items in Kedai Mesra & Deliver2Me feature.
8. Setel is available at more than 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide.

How can I join this Grab Mesra Fuel Programme (GMFP)?	All Silver, Gold, and Platinum driver-partners and delivery-partners are eligible for the Grab Mesra Fuel Savers Programme. You only need to register as a Setel user and spend a minimum of RM100, RM450, or RM850 to be eligible for bonus Mesra points!
I don’t have a Mesra Card. Where can I get one?	Complete your registration via the Setel App and a new virtual Mesra Card will be issued to your Setel account.
If I have a physical Mesra card, how do I link my current physical Mesra card with Setel and transfer my Mesra points?	Please reach out to the Setel Customer Support team via live chat on the Setel App for assistance to link your physical Mesra Card and transfer your Mesra points. Do note that you will no longer be able to use your physical Mesra Card once you’ve made a request to transfer your points.
What do I need to do to be entitled for the bonus points?	Choose to pay with Setel using your virtual Mesra Card or swipe your physical Mesra Card every time you fuel up or spend in any Kedai Mesra. Once you hit the minimum spending of RM100, RM450, or RM850, your bonus points will automatically be credited into your Mesra Card in the following month.
Do purchases made from the Kedai Mesra count as points?	Yes. Kedai Mesra purchases are eligible for points EXCEPT for any top-ups, cigarettes and other non-points issuance items.
Are all PETRONAS stations participating in this programme?	Yes. All PETRONAS stations nationwide are participating in this programme.
I'm a Setel user. What will happen if I do not link my Mesra Card on Setel and I pay via the Setel App at the station?	Unfortunately, your transaction for that purchase will not be counted for the monthly spending requirement. Reach out to the Setel Customer Support team via live chat on the Setel App for assistance to link your physical Mesra Card for more rewards.
What will happen if I forgot to swipe my current physical Mesra card when I pay via cash/credit card/debit card at the station?	Unfortunately, your transaction for that purchase will not be counted for the monthly spending requirement. Link your physical Mesra Card or register for a virtual Mesra Card on the Setel App for more rewards.
What will happen if I swipe my current physical Mesra card and pay via cash/credit card/debit card at the station?	Your transaction for that purchase will be counted for the monthly spending requirement. To enjoy up to 3x Mesra points for each purchase and other benefits, register and link your physical Mesra Card on the Setel App.
When will the bonus points be credited to my Mesra Card?	Bonus points collected from the current month will be credited into your account in the following month.
Where can I check the bonus points I've earned?	Non-Setel users: You will need to download the Setel App and link your Mesra Card. You can reach out to the Setel Customer Support team via live chat on the Setel App for assistance. After that, follow the Setel users guide below to check your bonus points. Setel users: Launch the Setel App. Click on the Rewards tab. Click Badges. Click on the Grab Mesra Fuel Savers Programme badge.
If I opted in on 10 January, when will my spending period start?	Your spending period for the month will start on 1 January and end on 31 January. If you have spent the minimum monthly amount in January, you will receive your bonus points in February.
I have lost my physical Mesra Card and I have never linked it to the Setel App. How do I get a new Mesra Card?	Please report your lost card directly to Mesralink (1 300 22 8888) within 48 hours of losing the card. Download the Setel App and complete the registration to obtain a new virtual Mesra Card.
