Encouraging all Setel users refer Setel to friends and family, get rewarded with Setel Credit and cash by unlocking badges.

Campaign Mechanics
1. Every Setel user will be given 12 badges in the Setel App to unlock. Every badge is tied to
a referral challenge and a reward.
2. To unlock a badge, Setel Users will be required to successfully refer friends based on the
challenge given. Once the challenge is complete, the badge will unlock and the user will
receive the reward.
3. To successfully refer friends, Setel users to share his/her unique referral code with friends and
family.
4. Friends and family members are required to download the Setel app, complete registration
with the user's unique referral code.
5. Friends and family members need to spend accumulated min. RM30 on the Setel App. Any
of combination of the transactions below are accepted:
○ Top up Setel Wallet; and/or
○ Purchase fuel; and/or
○ Order and purchase with Deliver2Me
6. List of badges and challenges listed in slide 4 & 5.
Please note that the reward granted in this campaign is additional to the existing Refer a Friend
programme in the Setel app.

Reward Distribution
Setel Credit
1. Once the challenge is complete and badge is unlock, the Setel Credit will be automatically granted to the eligible Setel user.
Cash
1. Once the challenge is complete and badge is unlock, the Setel user will receive an App Inbox message with instructions to reach out to Setel Customer Support team to claim cash reward.
2. The eligible Setel user is required to reach out to Setel Customer Support team within 14 working days from the date badge unlocked.
3. The eligible Setel user will be required to provide necessary information and identification documents for verification purposes. The eligible Setel user will be required to complete and sign the Reward Agreement.
4. Once done, the cash reward will be transferred to the Setel user’s account within 30
working days.
Question Answer
1. How can I join this Refer A Friend Challenge campaign?
This promotion is open to all new and existing Setel users, holding Malaysian citizenship, aged eighteen (18) and above.
To join, please share your unique Setel referral code with friends or family and get them to make an accumulated spend amount of min.
RM30, across these three (3) transactions via the Setel App:
1. Top up Setel Wallet; and/or
2. Purchase fuel; and/or
3. Order & purchase items with Deliver2Me
Every successful referral will count towards your progress in unlocking a badge.
If you are currently employed by Setel and/or tasked by PETRONAS to acquire new customers under any arrangement whatsoever, you are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. How will I get my Setel Credit or Cash rewards once I’ve successfully unlocked a badge?
Your Setel Credit reward will be automatically credited into your Setel Wallet once you’ve successfully unlocked the badge.
To claim your cash reward, you will have to contact the Setel Customer Service within 14 working days from the day you’ve unlocked your Refer 500 Friends / Refer 1000
Friends / Refer 5000 Friends / Refer 10000 Friends badge.
You will be required to provide a copy of your NRIC and personal details for verification purposes. You will also be required to complete and return a sign copy of a Reward
Agreement. Once verification is complete and you’ve submitted the signed Reward Agreement, your Cash
rewards will be transferred into your bank account within 30 working days.
Failure to comply to any of the requirements or meet the stipulated timelines will result in the forfeiture of the cash reward.
3. My friend has completed his/her Setel account registration with my referral code. Is there a required time limit for him/her to complete RM30 worth of transactions via Setel App?
Yes, your friend must complete the required min. RM30 spend within the campaign period for you to be eligible for rewards under the Refer a Friend Challenge. If your
friend completes the his/her RM30 worth of transactions via Setel App, you and your friend will only be eligible for the RM5 Setel Credit Reward under the Refer a Friend
programme in the Setel app.
Your friend can make any of these three (3) transactions
via the Setel App:
1. Top up Setel Wallet; and/or
2. Purchase fuel; and/or
3. Order & purchase items with Deliver2Me
4. My friends did not use my referral code to register for their Setel account but they performed a min. top up of RM30. Will I still get rewarded?
Unfortunately no.
Your friends must complete their Setel account registration with your unique referral code and top up and/or purchase an accumulated amount of min. RM30 with the Setel App
