Background
Setel will launch Pay with Setel beyond PETRONAS stations. Pay with Setel will be available at DTOX Car Service (5 outlets) and Tealive (3 outlets). When users pay with Setel, they’ll get rewarded with Mesra points. Users can pay using Setel App by scanning the merchant's QR to pay.
Objective
To create awareness on static QR availability at participating Tealive and DTOX outlets.
Target Audience
All non-Setel and existing Setel users. Please note that Pay with Setel is only available at PETRONAS AutoExpert for now.
Campaign Mechanics (3x10% up to RM6 Setel cashback)
1.Setel is rewarding 3x10% cashback (up to RM6 setel cashback) to users when they use Setel to transact.
2.The promotion cashback is valid for New and Existing Setel users who top up min. RM20 in a single transaction during the campaign period.
3.Users can get maximum 3 times of Setel Cashback with RM2 Setel Cashback per top-up, capped at RM6 during the campaign period.
4.Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of min RM20 in a single transaction with credit card or online banking transfer for 3 times.
5.Promo period : 8th September 2021 (00:00am) - 8th March 2022 (11:59pm)
T&Cs for Campaign Mechanics
1.Promo Code is available for New Setel users who download & register Setel from 8th September 2021 to 8th March 2022.
2.Customers are required to download the Setel App and register with any of the unique c-codes below.
3.Customers need to top up min. RM20 in a single transaction for 3 times (capped at RM2 cashback for each top-up).
4.Each customer is entitled to a maximum cashback of RM6 upon 3 times of min. RM20 top-up.
5.Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of min RM20 in a single transaction with Setel Wallet, credit/debit card or online transfer for the first 3 times.
6.This promo code is not valid for use together with other promo codes or offers.
7.Applicable for new users only.
8.Promo code can only be used on the Setel App.
9.Setel cashback can be use to purchase fuel, items in Kedai Mesra & Deliver2Me feature
10.Setel is available at more than 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide and selected PETONAS AutoExpert workshops, Tealive and DTOX outlets.
11.Setel cashback received by users will be valid for usage for 60 days from the day it was granted.

3.How many Mesra points will I earn per transaction? |
You will earn 1 Mesra point for every RM5 spent. |

4.Do I need to swipe my physical Mesra Card to get my Mesra points? |
If you’re paying with Setel, you do not need to swipe your physical Mesra Card to earn your points. You will get your points automatically after successfully completing the payment. |

5.Can I use this feature to pay for petrol at a PETRONAS station? |
Unfortunately, you can only pay at a participating PETRONAS AutoExpert workshops, Tealive and DTOX outlets with this feature. If you’d like to pay for petrol, you may go tap on 'Purchase Fuel' on the Home tab when you're at a Setel-enabled PETRONAS station. |

To enable security PIN, go to More > Security > Require PIN > Enable PIN for Store Purchases. To enable fingerprint or face ID, go to More > Security > Toggle to enable fingerprint or face ID |

7.As a new user on Setel, how can I get the RM6 cashback? |
As a new user, you'll need to download and register on Setel App with c-code and top up a min. RM20 in a single transaction 3 times to earn the RM6 cashback (capped at RM2 cashback per top-up). Every RM2 Setel cashback received by users will be valid for usage for 60 days from the day it was granted. |
