Campaign Overview
Background
This campaign is targeted towards 8 key states (Terengganu, Penang, Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Kedah and Pahang) with lower adoption rates using the refreshed 3 pain point videos as the hero creative. The videos will be mainly distributed through Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and VIU, supported by other platforms like Radio, Digital Out-of-Home, PETRONAS’ social media and internal communication platforms.
Objective
● To address the lack of understanding and fear of trying something new by creating widespread awareness and to educate on the benefits and convenience of Setel.
● To educate users that Setel is the most convenient way to pay fuel, improving perception to help boost Setel users by 2022.
● To address PDB consumer concerns in order to attract them to try out Setel.
Target Audience
All non-Setel users.
3 Pain Point Videos
Campaign Mechanics (3x10% up to RM6 Setel cashback)
1. Setel is rewarding 3x10% cashback (up to RM6 setel cashback) to users when they use Setel to transact.
2. The promotion cashback is valid for New users who top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction during the campaign period.
3. Users can get maximum 3 times of Setel Cashback with RM2 Setel Cashback per top-up, which capped at RM6 during the campaign period.
4. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up (minimum RM20) in a single transaction with credit card or online banking transfer for 3 times.
5. Promo period: 10th Feb 2022 - 31st March 2022
T&Cs for Campaign Mechanics
1. Promo Code is available for New Setel users who download & register Setel from 8 key states (Terengganu, Penang, Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Kedah and Pahang).
2. Customers are required to download the Setel App and register with any of the unique c-codes below.
3. Customers need to top up a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction for 3 times (capped at RM2 cashback for each top-up).

4. Each customer is entitled to a maximum cashback of RM6 upon 3 times of minimum RM20 top-up.
5. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of a minimum of RM20 in a single transaction with Setel Wallet, credit/debit card or online transfer for the first 3 times.
6. This promo code is not valid for use together with other promo codes or offers.
7. Applicable for new users only.
8. Promo code can only be used on the Setel App.
9. Setel cashback can be used to purchase fuel, items in Kedai Mesra & Deliver2Me feature.
10. Setel is available at more than 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide, selected retail shops and online stores.
11. Setel cashback received by users will be valid for usage for 60 days from the day it was granted.

Every platform will have a unique promo code (c-code) for the acquisition mechanic, where a user has to top up a minimum of RM20 for 3 times to receive RM6 cashback (capped at RM2 cashback per top-up).
