Your submitted receipt could have been rejected due to several reasons.
For fast and accurate processing, kindly ensure the following:
- you have completed the e-KYC verification (once per user) and upgraded your Setel account.
- the submitted receipt was photographed with all the details shown clearly.
- the receipt was submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase stated on the receipt.
If you are unable to do so, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
For your convenience in collecting Mesra points, we suggest that you pay directly in the Setel App by using your Setel Wallet or by linking your debit/credit card to Setel and paying directly via CardTerus.
