Step 1 :
If any PETRONAS staff would like to register their Mesra card under staff plan, do follow the steps below:
Let them know you will escalate to get this done. ( You may need to confirm staff ID , Petronas email ID )
***Mesra card no. and IC no. is optional based on info in admin portal. You may ask for IC no. if not displayed in admin portal /no e-KYC
Step 2 :
You may need to escalate the following details to CS TECH Support.
Then you may forward the ticket to CS TECH Support for further action.
Place customer details and reason in Internal Note > Change Assignee to CS Tech Support> Fill up tickets field > Submit as On-Hold
Internal note to CS Tech Support :
- Name
- Mobile Number:
- Petronas Email ID
- Get customer IC number
- Mesra card number
- Staff ID
