1. Overview
The new Mesra Points 3.0 Mechanism will be started on 1st April 2021 until 30 September 2021.
2. What is the difference between the previous and refreshed Mesra membership tiers?
We have simplified the refreshed Mesra membership tiering on Setel to 3 levels - Junior, Explorer & Hero.
All Mesra members will get 1x base Mesra point for every 1 litre of fuel purchased. Mesra members that purchase fuel via the Setel App will enjoy up to 3x Mesra points in total.
All Mesra members will still get 1x Mesra point for every RM1 spent at Kedai Mesra.

Once customer has reached the minimum requirements of each tier, the level will be upgrade. However, if they failed to meet the minimum requirement, the level will be downgrade.
Example:
10 April 2021: You've successfully earned 50 Mesra points. You will enjoy 1.5x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent under the Junior level.
21 April 2021: You've sucessfully earned 270 Mesra points. You will be instantly upgraded to Hero level and enjoy 3x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent.
5 May 2021: You earned 0 Mesra points in the entire month of May. Starting 1 June 2021, you will enjoy 2x Mesra points for every litre of fuel spent under the Explorer level.

Login Setel > More > Mesra Membership

4. Is there any difference between staff and public points structure?
No, staff and public will have the same points structure

7. Will I receive bonus points for submitting a receipt through the Setel App?
Yes, you will receive bonus points for receipts that you submit via the Setel App or Website.
