SETEL X CELCOM (RM3 Setel Cashback) – Chatbot test

Setel is partnering with Celcom Axiata to provide RM3 Setel cashback to Celcom customers to drive user acquisition.

Target audience
Celcom Life app users based in Malaysia who are Non-Setel users.

Campaign Mechanics

1. Users must download and register using the promo code (c-celc3), top-up min. RM30

in a single transaction to enjoy RM3 setel cashback.

2. Users are entitled to get RM3 Setel cashback for every top-up min. RM30 at Setel app

3. RM3 Setel cashback capped at up to max RM3 cashback during campaign period

4. RM3 Setel cashback is only applicable for new customers ie users who download and

promotion

5. The RM3 Setel Cashback reward is valid for 60 days after redemption

6. Limited for ONE (1) redemption per Setel account

7. Promo period : 1st October 2021 (00:00am) - 31st December 2021 (11:59pm)

T&Cs

1. Promo Code is valid for new users who download & register Setel from 01/10/2021 -

31/12/2021

2. Customers are required to download the Setel App and register an account using the

promo code. Otherwise, the promo code will be invalid upon completion of account

registration

3. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after top-up of min RM30 in a single

transaction with credit card or online-transfer for the first time

4. Top-up of min. RM30 in a single transaction, customers will get RM3 Setel cashback (Max

capped at RM3)

5. Setel cashback reward is valid for 60 days after the redemption

6. Limited for ONE (1) redemption per Setel account

7. Promo code can only be used on the Setel mobile app

8. Setel cashback can be use to purchase fuel, items in Kedai Mesra & Deliver2Me feature

9. Setel is available at more than 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide

10. No cancellation or refund after the deal has been purchased/redeemed

Customer needs to download Setel app, register Setel account and fill up the promo code (c-celc3) in the “Promo code”section during registration. After complete registration, perform a top up of min. RM30 in a single transaction, and enjoy RM3 Setel cashback.

2. How many times can I get the Setel cashback?

New users are eligible to receive only once upon registration on Setel app.

3. How many promo code can I redeem at a time?

The Setel promo code redemption is limited to ONE (1) redemption per Setel account

4. Do I need to have Celcom Life app to redeem Setel cashback?

Yes, users need to have Celcom Life app to redeem the promo code.

5.I have an existing Setel account. Am I eligible to purchase the voucher?
