Objective of campaign

Background
We are now expanding Setel to online merchants with a total of 203 merchants including 6 pilots and 197 new merchants via iPay88 (Third-Party Acquirer). We will also be engaging iPay88’s offline merchants but the launch date is still to be confirmed.

● Drive Setel's use case beyond PETRONAS station.
● To create awareness on Setel’s hosted checkout payment solution via iPay88 with 6 pilots merchants.

Setel’s hosted checkout solution with 6 pilot TPA merchants which will go live effective on 20th December 2021. Another additional 197 merchants will go live effective on 27th December 2021 from iPay88

2. Where can I pay with Setel?

We have expanded our availability and you may now pay with Setel at selected
physical shops and online stores. Setel is available at selected PETRONAS AutoExpert workshops, Tealive, DTOX Car Service, Subway and Suria Professional Service Centre. Setel is also accepted at selected 200+ online shops via iPay88. We are working hard to expand Setel's availability to more places, stay tuned as we bring more shops onboard!

3. How many Mesra points will I earn per transaction?

You will earn 1 Mesra point for every RM5 spent.

4. Do I need to swipe my physical Mesra Card to get my Mesra points?

If you’re paying with Setel, you do not need to swipe your physical Mesra Card to earn your points. You will get your points automatically after successfully completing the payment.

5.Can I use this feature to pay for petrol at a PETRONAS station?

Unfortunately, you can only pay at a participating PETRONAS AutoExpert workshops, Tealive, Subway. DTOX Car Service and at selected online merchants with this feature. If you’d like to pay for petrol, you may go tap on 'Purchase Fuel' on the Home tab when you're at a Setel-enabled PETRONAS station.

6. How do I set up a 6-digit security PIN or enable fingerprint/face ID?

To enable security PIN, go to More > Security > Require PIN > Enable PIN for Store Purchases. To enable fingerprint or face ID, go to More > Security > Toggle to enable
fingerprint or face ID.
