Can I transfer points of the deceased user into my Mesra card ?

Yes possible : FTA proceeds and escalate to Mesralink for Physical card and CS Tech for Virtual card by asking :- 

Ask verification questions /documents

If the deceased user has Physical card and next of kin also has a Physical Card , then 

Agent : PC to PC or VC to PC -can escalate to Mesralink  

             PC to VC or VC to VC , then please escalate to L2 CS Tech 

**In order to transfer points or credits , please make sure all documents for verification is given before escalating.
