Can users LINK their Physical Mesra card themselves ?

Yes they can. Please check scenarios wisely :-

1. User can link new physical card if their existing Virtual Mesra card is under active status  > YES 

2. User can link new physical card if their existing Physical Mesra card is under Issued or active status>YES 

3. User can link new physical card if their existing Virtual Mesra card is under issued status > NO 

4. User can link new physical card if their existing Physical Mesra card is under issued frozen / temporarily frozen > NO
