Agent will not ask further verification questions or e-KYC.

- complicated, user has more than 1/2 Mesra Cards - Agent can verify customer's account using IC number & Mesracard (if user has e-KYCed , then please do not verify again)
- If user doesnt know Mesra card no. or has more than one Mesra card, may proceed to ask for IC to check in Admin portal.
What agent should do ?
* Escalate to CS Tech Support
* CS Tech Support will inform the agents whether to perform e-KYC or if Manual Verification is needed.
