Account Deletion Process

Customers should have the ability to delete their account and information about them at any time. 

1) User > edit profile > enter pin (make sure email is verified> delete account 

2) Upon deleting > User will need to agree to the following > click on terms and conditions

3) If user has balance in the wallet

4) If users has no balance , can proceed with confirmation to delete account 

5) Once completed , customer will not be able to login to his account. 

6 ) Upon receiving this request > please send acknowledgement email to user and escalate ticket to CS TECH Support > SLA 3-5 working days.
