Grab (3 x 10% Setel Cashback) [15th March 2022 - 2nd April 2022]

Objective

Setel is partnering with Grab to provide 3x10% Setel cashback to drive user acquisition.

Target Audience

Grab customers who are Non-Setel users.

Campaign Mechanics

1. Users must register using the c-code (c-grab9), top-up a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction to enjoy 3x10% Setel cashback.
2. Users are entitled to get RM3 Setel cashback for every top-up (minimum of RM30) at Setel app.
3. Maximum of 3 times Setel cashback (up to RM9 cashback) during campaign period.
4. RM3 Setel cashback is only applicable for new customers ie. users who download and register Setel starting from the beginning of the promotion.
5. Promo period : 15th March 2022 (00:00am) - 2nd April 2022 (11:59pm)

T&Cs

1. Promo Code is valid for new users who download & register Setel from 15th March 2022 - 2nd April 2022.
2. Customers are required to download the Setel App and register using the promo code (c-grab9).
Otherwise, the promo code will be invalid upon completion of account registration.
3. Setel cashback will be granted immediately after every top-up of min RM30 in a single transaction
with credit card or online-transfer for the first 3 times.
4. Each top-up of min. RM30 in a single transaction, customers will get RM3 Setel cashback (Max
capped at RM9).
5. Setel cashback received by users will be valid for usage for 60 days from the day it was granted.
6. Promo code can only be used on the Setel mobile app.
7. Setel cashback can be used to purchase fuel, items in Kedai Mesra & Deliver2Me feature, or any
merchants where users can pay with Setel.
8. Setel is available at more than 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide.
