What is the campaign period?

8 April 2022 – 31 May 2022

Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

1. Grand Prize Contest
   Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Card members who either have physical Mesra Cards and/or virtual Mesra Cards on the Setel Mobile Application (Setel App); and
2. Holding Malaysian citizenship; and
3. Aged eighteen (18) and above.

Instant Rewards
Registered users of the Setel Mobile Application (Setel App).

How do I participate in the Grand Prize?

Spend a minimum of RM40 in a single transaction on either:

1. fuel (PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive or PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race) and/or Deliver2Me (except cigarettes, LPG and non-royalty items).
   
2. Kedai Mesra items (except cigarettes, LPG and non-royalty items).

with the Mesra card or the Setel App within the campaign period.

Participant will qualify for an entry per transaction spent for the monthly grand prize.

How do I receive the Instant Rewards?

Spend a minimum of RM40 in a single transaction on either:

1. fuel (PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive or PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race) and/or Deliver2Me.
   
2. Kedai Mesra items.

via the Setel App within the campaign period.

Additionally, Setel users will unlock badges on the App for offers listed in the Instant Rewards section as follows:

1. The first transaction of a minimum of RM40 will unlock the first “Instant Reward” badge.
2. Each subsequent transaction of a minimum of RM40 will unlock an "Instant Reward" badge for reward redemption. A total of five (5) "Instant Reward" badges can be unlocked.
3. A "Ramadan Raya Bonus" Badge will be unlocked on the sixth transaction of the minimum of RM40 once all five (5) "Instant Reward" badges are unlocked, revealing more offers.

What are the Grand Prizes and Instant Rewards being offered?

• KTS: e-voucher for mobile and gadgets worth RM30 (minimum purchase of RM600) via www.kts.my.

How do I increase the chance of winning the Grand Prizes?​

Participants stand a higher chance to win the Grand Prize with additional purchase, as each transaction of a minimum of RM40 contributes to one entry.

When will prizes be presented to the Winners?

PDB will present the prizes to the winners within 90 days after the announcement of winners.

Can the Prizes be exchanged as cash?

Prizes are not allowed to be exchanged for cash.

Am I qualified to enter the campaign if I do not use the Setel App?

For the Grand Prize, you are qualified to enter with transaction(s) made with your Mesra Card (physical card, or virtually via Setel App).

For the Instant Rewards, transaction(s) has to be made via the Setel App.

Why is the purchase of Cigarettes, LPG Gas, Touch N Go, e-Pay and Non-Royalty items not included in the participation criteria of the Grand Prize?

PDB wishes to promote selected items in Kedai Mesra, which does not include Cigarettes, LPG Gas, Touch N Go, e-Pay and Non-Royalty items.

Who are not eligible to participate in the Grand Prize contest?

The following people are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Grand Prize contest:

a) Permanent/Contract employees of the PETRONAS Group of companies, which includes PDB, Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members, specifically their respective fathers, stepfathers, mothers, stepmothers, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren and including adoptive relationships.

b) PETRONAS Station dealers, Krew PETRONAS and their immediate family members, specifically their respective fathers, stepfathers, mothers, stepmothers, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren and including adoptive relationships.

c) Employees of third-party service providers of the organisers (including without limitation to their advertising agencies, suppliers etc.), their permanent and/or contract employees, and their immediate family members specifically their respective fathers, stepfathers, mothers, stepmothers, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren and including adoptive relationships.

They are still able to receive Instant Rewards by unlocking badges with each spending of minimum RM40 via Setel.

How do I download the Setel App?

You can download the Setel App from the Apple App Store, Google Play, ​Huawei AppGallery or through the website.

How are customers informed on this campaign?

Customers can be informed via various channels which includes radio, TV, Setel App, PETRONAS Brands social media, MyMesra website, Digital promotion, Geo Targeting via ADA, and displays at PETRONAS stations.

I can't redeem my voucher at the partners' outlet or website, what should I do?

Please contact the partners’ customer service hotline or email.

I’ve unlocked the “Ramadan Raya Bonus” badge, how will I be able to redeem the bonus voucher?

Upon unlocking the Ramadan Raya Bonus badge, there will be no more badges to be unlocked. You will be sent an inbox message within the app with a link to the Ramadan Raya Bonus catalogue under the Rewards tab in the Setel App.

Alternatively, you can visit https://www.setel.com/mesrarewards and look for the Ramadan Raya Bonus catalogue.

I've made a transaction but did not manage to unlock the Instant Reward or Ramadan Raya Bonus badge. Why?

To unlock the badges, please ensure that the transactions made has met the following criteria:

Spend minimum RM40 in a single transaction on either:

1. fuel (PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive or PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race) and/or Deliver2Me (except cigarettes, LPG and non-royalty items).
2. Kedai Mesra items (except cigarettes, LPG and non-royalty items).

using the Mesra card or the Setel App within the campaign period.

Participant will qualify for an entry per transaction spent for the monthly grand prize.

How do I view the Instant Reward and Ramadan Raya Bonus badge?

To view your badge, navigate to to the Rewards tab in the Setel app and click  Badges. You’ll be able to see your unlocked badge under the Semarakkan Ramadan Raya campaign.

If my Mesra card is currently frozen, will I be able to participate in this campaign?

No.

Your Mesra card has to be in an active state to be able to participate in the campaign. To unblock your Mesra card, please chat with Setel’s customer service through the live chat function on the app.
