OVERVIEW OF CAMPAIGN
Objective:
To encourage these selected Setel users to refer Setel to friends and family by rewarding them with
cash reward.
To earn the cash reward, these Setel users need to complete certain challenges, also termed unlocking badges.
Target Audience
Top Referrers - selected Setel users. Top Referrer refers to Setel users with ability to refer more than
100 new users in one calendar year.

LIST OF BADGES AND CHALLENGE

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
1. Selected Setel user will be given 3 (three) badges in the Setel App to unlock. Each badge is tied to a referral challenge and a reward.
2. To unlock each badge, Setel users must successfully refer friends based on the challenge
given. Once the challenge is complete, the badge will unlock and the user will receive the
reward.
3. To successfully refer friends: Setel users to share his/her unique referral code with friends and family.
Friends and family need to install Setel app & complete registration with the user's unique
referral code. Friends and family need to spend an accumulated min. of RM30 on the Setel App. Any
combination of the transactions below are accepted:
i. Top up Setel Wallet; and/or
ii. Purchase fuel; and/or
iii. Purchase via Deliver2Me
Important: the reward granted in this campaign is additional to the existing Refer a Friend
programme in the Setel app.
REWARD CALCULATION & DISBURSEMENT

How Campaign Reward is given:
1. Once the challenge is complete and the badge is unlocked
2. Setel Credit will be automatically granted to the eligible Setel user
3. To receive a cash reward, Setel users will receive a message in the Setel app to contact Setel .
REWARD Fulfillment Operations
Setel User that completes the challenge, will unlock “Refer 700 Club” campaign badges
He/ she will receive an app inbox message asking him/her to:
● Contact Setel Customer Service team
● To do it via live chat or email
● To do it within 14 working days of unlocking the campaign badges
